Hola Chic@s, buscando información de utilidad para ustedes, encontré un documento interesante, el cual puede ser muy útil para comprender el modelo de los "Big-5". En este modelo, se muestra la importancia de 5 factores de la personalidad, estos son:
- Ansiedad.
- Extroversión.
- Responsabilidad.
- Afabilidad.
- Apertura a la experiencia.
Además este modelo tiene relación con otros aspectos de la vida como la longevidad, rendimiento laboral, etc.
Sería interesante que revisen la referencia que hay en este documento, para así profundizar más en el tema.
